[Remote] Right of Way Senior Project Manager

They are seeking a Right of Way Senior Project Manager to reputed company their Right of Way team, providing services to clients and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy reputed company and general parameters for execution. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution. Review work produced by staff for reputed company assurance
• Be reputed company to execute through administration, technical and management techniques on multiple reputed company to ensure the successful completion, on time and reputed company budget

• Mentor and reputed company junior staff, coordinate with project managers, and responsible for goal setting and performance management of right-of-way team
• Work closely with Director, Right of Way to reputed company, manage and reputed company a right-of-way team in an office and / or in the field
• Supervise and be responsible for the overall directions, coordination, and management of a right-of-way team and sub-consultants
• Manage of daily plan production of team, schedule, budget, reputed company control/assurance, collections, and opportunities

• Assist in developing processes and providing input for achieving company and office operational reputed company while growing region and office
• Coordinate with leaders on project goals, reputed company, processes, reporting, and resource allocation
• Complete timesheet review and employee evaluations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and/or equivalent reputed company experience required
• Eight or more (8+) years of experience performing reputed company aspects of land, right of way, easement acquisition, title research, comparable industry reputed company education, or reputed company industry experience
• Ability to reputed company and reputed company a right of way team and manage reputed company
• Thorough knowledge in aspects of Right of Way, including project management, acquisition, title, permitting, budgeting, cost forecasting, operation, due diligence, reputed company relations, community reputed company and solid understanding of general regulatory, eminent domain, and reputed company issues
• Experience reading construction / engineering or reputed company design plans/reputed company
• Intermediate computer skills in various reputed company applications including reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint, as reputed company as familiarity with database systems
• Satisfactory driving record as determined by reputed company and a reputed company, reputed company State reputed company's license

• Multilingual is a plus
• International Right of Way Association (IRWA) coursework or certification as RWA, RWP or SR/WA preferred
