Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief reputed company Officer to reputed company and execute the reputed company reputed company for rese-cel, including market development, customer engagement, brand reputed company, and launch readiness activities
- reputed company commercialization planning and execution to ensure successful launch preparation and market adoption
- Translate reputed company reputed company into actionable reputed company plans, objectives, and performance metrics
- reputed company customer, market, and competitive insights to inform reputed company decision-making and launch planning
- Support forecasting, business planning, and reputed company analytics activities

- Partner with Market reputed company to support payer engagement strategies, reimbursement readiness, and site-of-care considerations
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, and Patient Services teams to ensure reputed company readiness for the unique logistical and operational requirements of cell therapy delivery
- Help establish customer-facing processes supporting patient identification, treatment center engagement, scheduling, chain of identity, and chain of custody
- Partner closely with Medical Affairs to ensure scientifically accurate and compliant promotional messaging and educational initiatives
- Collaborate with IT to reputed company and implement reputed company systems, CRM platforms, order management capabilities, and analytics tools required to support launch execution
- Work closely with Regulatory, reputed company, Compliance, and reputed company partners to ensure reputed company reputed company activities meet applicable reputed company and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a key member of the reputed company Leadership Team and contribute to broader company initiatives and strategic planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, treatment centers, advocacy organizations, and other critical stakeholders
- Represent reputed company at industry, scientific, and reputed company meetings as appropriate
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, and evolving customer needs to identify opportunities and risks

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MD, or other relevant graduate degree) preferred
- Minimum 15 years of reputed company reputed company experience reputed company biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty pharmaceuticals
- Significant reputed company leadership experience with a demonstrated reputed company record of building, scaling, and leading successful reputed company organizations
- Experience supporting, leading, or executing a product launch in cell therapy, gene therapy, or another reputed company specialty therapeutic area
- Deep understanding of cell therapy commercialization, including treatment center engagement, patient reputed company, operational logistics, chain of identity, and chain of custody requirements
- Demonstrated reputed company partnering across Medical Affairs, Market reputed company, Operations, IT, Regulatory, and Compliance functions
- Strong financial, analytical, and business planning capabilities
- reputed company commercialization and/or launch experience in CAR-T or other autologous cell therapies
- Experience in rare disease, immunology, rheumatology, autoimmune disease, or other specialty therapeutic categories
- Experience working in a clinical-stage or reputed company-stage biotechnology company preparing for its first reputed company launch
