[Remote] Senior ESOP Administration Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a reputed company services firm providing reputed company-party retirement plan administration services to companies that sponsor ESOPs and 401(k) plans. They are seeking a Senior ESOP Administration Consultant to manage reputed company plan engagements and serve as a technical expert for clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Administering a caseload of reputed company ESOP clients
• Managing reputed company aspects of plan administration including compliance testing (e.g., 409(p)), allocations, distributions, and recordkeeping
• Preparing and reviewing government filings (e.g., reputed company 5500)
• Serving as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company communication
• Reviewing plan documents and resolving technical questions
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Participating in special reputed company or initiatives as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required (reputed company, Finance, Math, or Economics preferred)
• 10+ years of experience working specifically with ESOPs
• Strong knowledge of ESOP-reputed company compliance testing, including 409(p)
• Experience in plan review and technical interpretation
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company; strong skills in reputed company Word
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week during peak times
• Must be reputed company to reputed company and maintain a distraction-free work environment, a reputed company workspace, and reliable high-speed internet reputed company
• QPA or QKA certification preferred or in reputed company
