Responsibilities

• Growing sales and market reputed company throughout your assigned region
• Developing new business opportunities with industrial, municipal, and contractor customers
• Supporting and expanding distributor and dealer relationships
• Conducting customer reputed company, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
• Building strategic relationships with key accounts
• Maintaining territory forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records
• Representing Hi-Vac at trade shows and industry events
• Providing market and competitive intelligence to leadership

Skills

• 5+ years of successful B2B industrial equipment sales experience
• Strong territory management and business development skills
• Ability to understand and communicate technical equipment solutions
• Experience building long-term customer relationships
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and reputed company Office
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
• Industrial vacuum equipment experience
• Hydro-excavation or environmental equipment experience
• Existing relationships reputed company municipalities, contractors, utilities, or industrial markets
• Experience supporting dealer/distributor networks
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning, environmental remediation, or construction equipment industries
