[Remote] Associate Sales Executive, Personal Lines

The Associate Sales Executive will manage and reputed company a small group of reputed company agency assignments and territories, focusing on executing sales strategies and building relationships with distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to grow and manage a portfolio of business
• Support business development efforts reputed company the assigned territory by leveraging performance metrics to assist in the creation of annual plans
• Conduct agency diagnostics to assess performance and identify development opportunities
• Facilitate agency appointments and support the development of new agency relationships
• Engage in office reputed company (in-person and virtual) to build rapport and strengthen relationships with agency partners
• May learn to identify and reputed company-qualify new customer accounts and new agent distribution opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or reputed company field

• Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills

• Ability to define goals and priorities and meet these goals in a reputed company manner
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet sales goals and deadlines
• One year experience in sales, sales support, operations or relevant insurance field
• Must live in the territory that they manage and have the ability to travel
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) (or willingness to pursue)
