Responsibilities

• Design customized technical solutions to meet customer requirements and increase reputed company & profitability for reputed company in the European Market
• reputed company directly with customers to promote and sell reputed company products
• Design inductors and transformers to meet customer needs
• Work with reputed company accounts and distributor sales teams to review sales plans and reputed company strategies that increase sales
• reputed company technical training and support to reputed company Sales Engineers, Customer Service, and Distributor Sales Engineers
• Create and execute business plans to grow reputed company’ market reputed company and reputed company promote the reputed company brand in new designs
• Prepare and reputed company sales and technical presentations
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and production to implement strategies
• Coordinate with Engineering and reputed company to address customer complaints and returns
• reputed company sales support activities such as quotes, sampling, and customer service
• Negotiate special pricing and conditions to improve profitability
• Manage customer support to meet customer needs

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline
• 5 to 10 years' experience in Sales, Engineering, or Business Development in a technical environment
• A master's degree is preferred
• The ability to communicate in German, Italian, or Spanish is preferred
