Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company a network of financial advisors and reputed company party administrators (TPAs) to identify opportunities and reputed company clients with reputed company's retirement plan solutions
• reputed company a consultative sales experience for advisors, TPAs, and small business owners that helps improve reputed company reputed company and expand reputed company's reputed company in the market

Skills

• Proven reputed company record in consultative sales, financial services, or benefit-reputed company industries
• Experience selling through intermediaries such as financial advisors, TPAs, and consultants
• Demonstrated reputed company uncovering reputed company needs and delivering tailored retirement and financial wellness solutions
• Proven ability to build and execute territory business plans, including market segmentation, pipeline development, and coverage reputed company
• Experience developing referral networks and driving business reputed company through financial advisors and other key influencers
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and influence decision-makers
