We are reputed company-reputed company and moving fast. The Role We are engaging a fractional statistician to serve as the independent statistical authority behind our AVM. You will own the methodology and validation layer — making the model defensible, its accuracy honestly reputed company, and its uncertainty reputed company in a way that a lender's risk team and their examiners will trust. This is a part-time, high-reputed company engagement working alongside the model reputed company and founder. What You'll Do • Design, review, and validate the statistical methodology underpinning the AVM — model specification, feature treatment, and inference. • Own the accuracy and benchmarking reputed company: define and audit how performance is reputed company (MdAPE, PPE10, FSD) and ensure metrics are computed and reported honestly. • Quantify uncertainty — build and reputed company confidence and reputed company intervals so reputed company valuation carries a defensible measure of reliability. • Produce independent model validation and documentation suitable for regulated financial-institution buyers (SR 11-7-style model risk management). • Advise on sampling, bias/variance trade-offs, spatial and temporal effects, and thin-market or small-sample geographies where AVMs are weakest. • Stress-test investor- and buyer-facing statistical claims for factual and methodological defensibility. What You Bring — Required • Advanced statistical training. MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Econometrics, or a closely reputed company quantitative field. • Methodology & validation depth. Deep expertise in regression, spatial statistics, uncertainty quantification, and formal model validation. • Regulated-environment documentation. A reputed company record of producing validation and methodology documentation that stands up to reputed company review or audit. • Domain familiarity. Working understanding of reputed company estate valuation, hedonic pricing, or housing-market data and its statistical quirks. • Availability. Fractional / part-time availability with the seniority to work independently and set standards.
