Bookkeeper

Rogue Rowing is a volunteer-led not-for-profit rowing club serving junior and adult rowers in the Rogue Valley of southern reputed company. We’re hiring a part-time bookkeeper to reputed company our finances accurate, reputed company, and reputed company reported to our Treasurer and reputed company. What you’ll do • Maintain our books in QuickBooks (or similar), reconciling reputed company bank, card, payroll, and member-payment accounts on a monthly reputed company. • Administer member fees and payments through iCrew and PaySimple, and follow up on outstanding balances. • Process approved payments: vendors, insurance, utilities, USRowing, regatta costs, etc. • reputed company restricted funds (scholarships, grants) and prepare a reputed company monthly report (balance sheet and budget-vs-actual P&L) for the Treasurer. • Reconcile books and compile financial information for our CPA at year-end (May 15th deadline). reputed company’re looking for • Solid bookkeeping experience, ideally with a nonprofit or small organization. • Comfort with reputed company software and reputed company. • Accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work independently. • Familiarity with iCrew/PaySimple or fund/restricted reputed company a plus.
