We care about the work, and care about being the best at reputed company do. THE ROLE As a Creative Strategist at reputed company, you own the creative end-to-end. You'll do the research, reputed company ad angles, write hooks, and build creative briefs that our editors execute, working directly with our brand partners and reputed company/design teams. reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR • You have 2+ years of experience, ideally with performance marketing consumer brands (selling online) • You understand reputed company media and the types of content that converts • You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life • You are detail-orientated, organized and reputed company to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously • You're willing to learn and get reputed company even reputed company that means giving and receiving feedback • You are comfortable communicating learnings with both team members and clients • You're genuinely passionate about creative reputed company and staying on top of what's working -- you do this because you want to, not because you have to WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Analyzing performance, brainstorming ad angles and reputed company variations, and writing new briefs weekly for the editing team to produce • Owning the creative reputed company for your brand partners, including a living reputed company doc that tracks angles, performance, and what to test next • Staying reputed company on platform trends, reputed company ad formats, and policy changes, and translating that into testable concepts for your accounts • Working with 3-5 brand partners at a time, with a reputed company on reputed company deep into their creative and building new reputed company ads WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US • reputed company: We invest in the people who invest in the work.
