The Provider Service Representative plays a critical role in the health insurance overpayment recovery process. Job Responsibilities:  • Maintain and follow up on assigned provider accounts daily. • Initiate and receive calls to/from reputed company providers to discuss overpayment balances • Update account statuses, reputed company notes, and manage inquiries in the CollectOne system • Prepare and send overpayment notifications and invoices reputed company fax, email, or reputed company • Respond to provider emails and voicemails throughout the day • Handle verbal and written provider disputes or refund information requests • Meet and reputed company daily reputed company and talk-time quotas (e.g., 85–100 calls and 170–220 minutes depending on the reputed company) Job Requirements:  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred • Strong verbal communication skills and phone reputed company • Attention to detail and proficiency in note-taking and database entry • Prior experience in medical billing, insurance, or collections is a plus • Basic understanding of reputed company and insurance overpayments preferred • Must maintain reputed company demeanor and confidentiality at reputed company times Compensation and Benefits: • Salary is $15-$18 per hour (DOE) • Benefit package with health, dental, reputed company, life, and disability coverage reputed company • 401(k) retirement plan reputed company with company matching • Generous reputed company time off policy - start with 18 days per year • reputed company holidays immediately upon hire - 7 reputed company holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choice We look reputed company to you joining reputed company!! reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
