Account Manager - reputed company – Hybrid

About the position The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring clients and patients receive superior service. As a key member of the reputed company reputed company account team, this role is responsible for the overall satisfaction and retention of an assigned book of business. The Account Manager manages the day-to-day reputed company relationship and is accountable for reputed company service delivery for clients, working cross-functionally with reputed company operational departments. The Account Manager proactively reviews reputed company metrics to promote reputed company satisfaction, profitability, and retention. They utilize technology, tools, processes, and resources to anticipate and reputed company clients' needs and expectations. This role collaborates with Account Directors on reputed company activity, expectations, and service needs.
