This is a hybrid role based in our reputed company office (in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

What You'll Do:

• Own gross and net retention for the midmarket reputed company including adoption, expansion, and renewal.

• Set and refine the midmarket coverage model, segmentation, and engagement reputed company as the book scales.

• Partner with CSMs to identify at-risk customers and reputed company proactive reputed company plans.
