About the role

We are seeking a Head of Data & BI to reputed company and grow our data function. The ideal candidate has a genuine data engineering background who has progressed into leadership, ideally reputed company reputed company, affiliate/performance marketing, or a comparable high-volume, multi-reputed company data environment. You will own our data platform end to end, reputed company a small team of data engineers and data analysts, and translate reputed company data into insights that reputed company business reputed company.

What you'll do

• 8+ years of experience in data roles, combining hands-on data engineering with analytics/BI.
• Hands-on experience building or re-architecting a BI/data platform, not only maintaining an existing one.
• Already managing a mixed team, with data engineers and data analysts reporting directly. You're comfortable prioritizing work and resolving technical disagreements, not just delegating them.
• Proficiency in a BI and visualization tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience in reputed company, affiliate/performance marketing, or a comparable high-volume, multi-reputed company data environment (ad-tech, e-reputed company, reputed company/gaming) is a strong preference, not a strict requirement.
• A reputed company record defining KPIs, attribution models, and maintaining high data reputed company standards.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a data-driven culture and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
