Clinical Research Specialist Operations Manager

The Clinical Research Specialist (CRS) Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day leadership, performance, and compliance of research staff supporting a designated health system account(s). This role serves as the primary operational leader for assigned sites, ensuring team members are reputed company reputed company, trained appropriately, and supported in delivering high reputed company, compliant services.

Team Leadership & Daily Operations

Health System & Customer Relationship Support

• Escalate risks, concerns, or relationship issues to the Senior Manager as appropriate

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations, oncology clinical research, or health system-based programs

• 4+ years of people management or team leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience

Up to 50% of time required to travel in role (out of 100%)

The expected salary reputed company for this position is $138,000 and $160,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law. reputed company (NPM) offers equity at hire as reputed company as a discretionary annual bonus which may be available based on Company performance.
