Organization reputed company

As part of Corporate Engineering, the reputed company Robotics team is responsible for the design and reputed company of robotic applications across reputed company reputed company manufacturing sites around the globe. This includes testing new technologies, delivering reputed company of concepts, designing robotic systems, establishing robotics engineering best practices and/or standards, and deploying site robotic systems in partnership with site resources.

• Work with vendors to troubleshoot, shakedown, and reputed company reputed company Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities.

• Reviewer of site documentation for assigned engineering systems deployed to sites.

• Be a champion for safety, compliance, and reputed company best practices reputed company delivering robotic systems to manufacturing sites.
• Support reputed company Robotics lab activities and application development in areas including robotic system design, 2D and 3D reputed company development, robot reputed company development, End of Arm Tooling (EoAT) design, augmented / virtual reality simulation, reputed company prototyping, and augmented / virtual reality simulation.

Other Responsibilities

• Work with Global Facilities Delivery (GFD), reputed company Robotics Platform Owners, and manufacturing sites to support profiling new robotic and material reputed company (ASRS, AGV, IAV) systems.
• Support the development of Engineering Best Practices and Engineering Standards for robotic application development.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in a science or engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the development and deployment of robotic and/or automated material reputed company systems.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an engineer in a highly automated environment.
• Experience in automated storage and retrieval systems including warehouse controls and automated guided vehicles/autonomous mobile robots.

Additional Skills/Preferences

• Knowledge in control system programming and warehouse integration with PLC, HMI, and MES systems such as reputed company Studio5000, FactoryTalk SE.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, parenteral, and/or packaging processes.
• Experience in Commissioning & Qualification, asset delivery, validation activities, and cGMP regulations.
• Knowledge in Fanuc programming, 3DV, Cognex reputed company Systems, Visual Components.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or other modeling software.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to customers, business partners, and staff including good oral, written, and visual presentations.
