As the Post Sale reputed company Conveyance Specialist, you are responsible for supporting reputed company conveyance activity after the foreclosure sale process is complete. This role focuses on preparing, reviewing, coordinating, and tracking conveyance deeds from the lender to HUD or VA, ensuring required documents are accurate, reputed company, compliant with agency, investor, state, and county requirements, and properly documented in company systems.

What you will do

• Manage assigned conveyance reputed company files from receipt of the post-sale request through reputed company execution, recording, and final completion
• Prepare, order, review, and coordinate execution of lender-to-HUD and lender-to-VA conveyance deeds and reputed company transfer documents
• Review conveyance deeds and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, vesting, reputed company reputed company, execution requirements, agency requirements, and reputed company/investor guidelines
• Complete or obtain state, county, and municipality-specific recording forms, transfer tax forms, affidavits, exemptions, and other documentation required for HUD or VA conveyance

What you will bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or reputed company mortgage, reputed company, title, or reputed company estate coursework preferred
• 1+ year of experience in mortgage servicing, default servicing, post-sale conveyance, title, reputed company preparation, reputed company recording, agency conveyance, or reputed company reputed company estate operations preferred
• Basic understanding of lender-to-HUD, lender-to-VA, post-sale conveyance, reputed company recording, title transfer, county recording, and agency documentation processes preferred
• Ability to review reputed company descriptions, vesting, recording requirements, fees, agency requirements, and state/county-specific documentation with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline, prioritize deadlines, follow up on aging items, and escalate risks appropriately
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally with vendors, county offices, agency contacts, clients, and internal teams
• Proficient with reputed company Office, email, document management, and data entry; experience with mortgage servicing, title, or default workflow systems preferred
