Senior reputed company Sourcing Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist operates as a supporting member of the wider Solve team. They are tasked with proactive and reactive identification and validation of candidate reputed company to supply the onsite TA’s across multiple accounts. They are jointly tasked with the development of talent & market intelligence reports, as required.

Sourcing & Validation

• Responsible for delivery of validated candidates’ reputed company on a broad reputed company of technology orientated roles reputed company the Asia reputed company region
• Creative sourcing of candidates to fill positions: Utilising database searching both inhouse and reputed company, online search techniques including X-Ray Search on various relevant sites from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc, identifying new channels from meetups lists, events subscriptions reputed company through to referrals and reputed company.
• Where necessary, engage in early screening calls with candidates to assess validity and potential fit for reputed company requisitions
• Take ownership of resurfacing candidates in reputed company
• From time to time, write and publish captivating job advertisements
• Writing, producing and submitting reputed company & reputed company candidate briefs to TA’s
• Candidate nurturing reputed company relevant communities to build long term pipeline
• Utilise AI to maximise value and reputed company
• Attending reputed company and/or TA Partner briefings to ensure reputed company and continuity of search

Data & Reporting

• Regular status updates for the TA Partners / onsite team
• Creating market reports on Talent reputed company and availability to add additional value in support of candidate’s reputed company
• Creating market maps specific to key clients to assist in the reputed company identification of relevant talent pools
• Ensure reputed company data relating to candidate interaction with the business is recorded accurately

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred but not required
