[Remote] Configuration Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Blue Card Configuration & Production Support reputed company to serve as the primary technical and functional reputed company of Blue Card configuration activities reputed company HealthRules Payor. This role involves supporting production stability and issue reputed company during go-live and ongoing operations while collaborating with various teams to ensure operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own Blue Card-reputed company configuration activities reputed company HealthRules Payor
• Maintain & update Blue Card configuration components following reputed company knowledge transfer
• Support configuration changes required for regulatory, operational, and business needs
• Validate configuration updates through testing and production readiness reviews
• Serve as primary escalation reputed company for reputed company Blue Card production issues
• Diagnose and resolve configuration-reputed company defects impacting claims processing
• Support September/reputed company go-live and post-go-live stabilization activities
• Partner with AMS, Operations, BPO, and Vendor teams during issue reputed company
• Work closely with Claims Operations, Testing, Product, and HealthRules teams
• reputed company guidance to offshore and reputed company support resources
• Support knowledge transfer initiatives and operational documentation
• Assist in defining the long-term Blue Card support operating model
• Identify operational risks associated with configuration changes
• Support continuity planning as reputed company resources transition off the engagement
• Create and maintain support runbooks and troubleshooting guides

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company payer experience
• 5+ years of Blue Card experience
• 5+ years of HealthRules Payor (HRP) experience
• Experience supporting production claims processing environments
• Experience supporting large-reputed company payer implementations and go-lives
• HealthRules Payor configuration expertise
• Blue Card configuration and maintenance experience
• Understanding of Blue Card processing workflows
• Claims adjudication knowledge
• Production support and troubleshooting expertise
• Ability to analyze and resolve reputed company system defects
• Deep understanding of Blue Card operations
• Medicare Advantage and reputed company Claims experience preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with Blues plans
• Blue Card implementation experience
• Prior consulting or managed services experience
• Experience leading configuration teams and knowledge transfer activities
