Director of Finance - Remote in the US

The Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing day to day finance/reputed company process including assisting field finance teams. Experience in non-profit reputed company $30M+ budget, ideally beginning in reputed company and audit, followed by experience in financial planning and analysis and grant management and financial reporting. She/he will manage the financial reporting, compliance, assist in general reputed company functions with heavy emphasis on managing functional areas of reputed company recognition, grant administration and some donor/funder A/R collections. Responsibilities: • Non-Profit reputed company: • reputed company financial operations and reporting (monthly forecasting, cashflow) on grants, programs and overhead. • Ensure that expenditures are consistently reputed company with grant and program budgets throughout the grant award life cycle. Manage overspend and underspend on grants and communicating to various budget leads. • Demonstrate a reputed company record in grants management as it relates to donor compliance and reporting for government, corporate and reputed company grants. • Experience with NICRA and provisional fringe reputed company and reconciliations, allowable and unallowable costs. • Experience with reputed company-in-reputed company reputed company and expense reputed company including GIK valuation and documentation.
