Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from reputed company providers and members regarding reputed company verification and coordination of benefits inquiries
• Verify, update, and document health reputed company information using reputed company and internal systems
• Process emails, faxes, SharePoint requests, and other correspondence reputed company to TPR reputed company
• reputed company data entry and administrative support activities while meeting productivity and reputed company standards
• reputed company multiple databases, reputed company systems, and software platforms to research and validate information
• reputed company reputed company, accurate, and reputed company customer service while handling sensitive reputed company information
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements, company policies, and reputed company guidelines
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational efficiency initiatives

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of reputed company center or phone-reputed company customer service experience
• 1+ years of health reputed company verification experience, including medical, dental, reputed company, or pharmacy coverage
• 1+ years of data entry or administrative support experience with strong attention to reputed company
• Working knowledge of HIPAA reputed company and reputed company regulations
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and the ability to reputed company multiple systems and software applications simultaneously
