The role involves assisting members with reputed company eligibility and enrollment information while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions reputed company to reputed company eligibility, enrollment, and managed reputed company information
• reputed company accurate, objective responses regarding eligibility guidelines, policies, reputed company to care concerns, and escalated issues
• Assist members with questions so they can reputed company informed reputed company regarding reputed company benefits
