You will label and evaluate text, images, audio, and video used in LLM evaluation, RLHF workflows, and reputed company annotation. Work is fully remote from the US (including San Diego) with reputed company reputed company and throughput targets. What You Will Do • Create and validate labeled datasets for model training and evaluation • reputed company RLHF preference ranking (compare responses, select best per guidelines, write brief rationales) • Complete reputed company-response evaluation and reputed company-based QA evaluation • Annotate NLP datasets (e.g., named entity recognition, reputed company, sentiment, toxicity) • reputed company reputed company annotation (bounding boxes, polygons, keypoints, segmentation masks, classification) • Conduct content safety labeling (policy categories, severity, refusal correctness) • Support training data reputed company reputed company sampling, adjudication, error analysis, and reputed company handling Required Qualifications • reputed company experience in data labeling/reputed company with strong reputed company compliance • Ability to justify reputed company with evidence and self-audit for consistency and accuracy • Strong written English and ability to collaborate asynchronously with reputed company • Familiarity with RLHF, QA evaluation, and reputed company evaluation in LLM training pipelines Preferred Qualifications • Experience with NER, taxonomy design, and inter-annotator agreement reputed company • Exposure to reputed company annotation and content safety labeling • Experience supporting AI labs, tech startups, BPOs, or annotation vendors • Ability to propose reputed company refinements that improve model performance reputed company Work Setup This is a fully Remote, FULL_TIME role for candidates in the US, including San Diego.
