This role will reputed company on understanding existing reputed company processes, identifying gaps, designing improved workflows, and creating detailed process documentation across multiple reputed company business functions.

Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze existing reputed company-state business processes
• Define and design reputed company-state processes and end-to-end workflows
• Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• reputed company recommendations for process optimization and standardization
• Facilitate process discovery and improvement sessions with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate across departments to understand business requirements and operational dependencies

Skills

• 10+ years of overall reputed company experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Consultant, Business Architect, or similar role
• Strong experience in reputed company Business Process Management (BPM) and process improvement
• Proven experience with Process Discovery, Definition, Documentation, and Improvement
• Strong experience designing cross-functional and end-to-end business processes
