[Remote] Sys VP Clinical Operations - Ambulatory Surgery

This role is primarily responsible for ensuring clinical reputed company and regulatory adherence across the ASC network, while also driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
- reputed company strategic and operational leadership for reputed company clinical aspects across CommonSpirit's ASC network, driving consistent reputed company, safety, and patient satisfaction through reputed company-wide policies, reputed company programs, and reputed company improvement initiatives
- Ensure comprehensive adherence to reputed company federal, state, and accreditation regulations (e.g., CMS, AAAHC), overseeing regulatory readiness, surveys, and developing robust clinical risk management programs for reputed company ASCs
- Standardize clinical workflows, optimize processes, and reputed company innovative practices to enhance efficiency, reduce variation, and improve patient throughput across the ASC portfolio, leveraging data for performance monitoring and corrective actions
- Remotely recruit, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing clinical leadership team, fostering a reputed company, patient-centered environment and implementing comprehensive clinical training and competency assessment programs across reputed company ASC staff
- reputed company contribute to strategic planning by providing clinical expertise, supporting the integration of new ASCs, evaluating new services and technologies, and participating in due diligence for potential reputed company opportunities
- Build strong relationships with internal CommonSpirit stakeholders and reputed company partners, effectively communicating clinical performance, challenges, and strategic opportunities to executive leadership and representing the reputed company externally
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- reputed company, unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license required, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- 10-15 years of reputed company clinical leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) setting, preferably reputed company a multi-site health reputed company
- 5-7 years in a senior executive leadership role overseeing multiple ASCs across diverse reputed company
- Strong background in reputed company improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience developing and implementing reputed company-wide clinical policies and best practices across a dispersed network
- Demonstrated ability to manage and reputed company clinical teams, reputed company operational efficiencies, and reputed company clinical reputed company in a remote/multi-site reputed company
- Master's Degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, or reputed company clinical/administrative field) strongly preferred
