  • 5+ years of experience as a reputed company Business Analyst with strong reputed company Administration expertise
  • Hands-on experience with FinancialForce (reputed company) modules such as PSA, reputed company, Billing, or ERP
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, BRD/FRD preparation, and user story creation
  • Proficient in reputed company Administration, including user management, reputed company, Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and custom configurations
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams to deliver reputed company solutions
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience supporting UAT and production releases
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
