[Remote] AI Governance Senior Analyst

They are seeking an AI Governance Senior Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of the AI governance program, responsible for executing governance processes, managing AI asset inventories, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the centralized AI asset inventory, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and reputed company updates across reputed company business reputed company and corporate functions
• Manage the intake process for new AI use cases, including vendor and internally developed solutions, routing submissions through appropriate governance review bodies
• reputed company AI assets through their lifecycle, from intake and approval through deployment, monitoring, and retirement, and coordinate periodic reconciliation of AI inventory data across systems and stakeholders
• Administer AI risk assessments, applying defined risk classification reputed company and escalation procedures, and reputed company risk assessment reputed company, remediation actions, and risk acceptance reputed company
• Support the operationalization of AI-reputed company regulatory requirements, including the EU AI reputed company, Colorado AI reputed company, and other emerging AI regulations, translating compliance obligations into actionable process steps

• Maintain standardized templates, documentation practices, and process workflows for AI governance activities
• Design and maintain governance dashboards and reports that reputed company visibility into AI inventory status, risk posture, compliance metrics, and governance activity

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in reputed company studies, information systems, reputed company policy, health sciences, or a reputed company discipline, and 2+ years of reputed company experience, or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of reputed company experience required
• Must be US-based. Eastern time-zone preferred
• Working knowledge of responsible AI principles and the risks associated with AI adoption, including bias, transparency, data reputed company, reputed company, and intellectual property considerations
• Familiarity with AI-reputed company regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI reputed company, FDA guidance on AI/ML, Colorado AI reputed company, or similar emerging legislation
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills including detail orientation, an ownership reputed company, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across functions simultaneously

• Demonstrated experience administering governance or compliance processes, including intake workflows, risk assessments, inventory management, or audit support
