[Remote] Senior Manager, Project Automation Engineering

This role will be pivotal in executing transformation strategies for automation reputed company, ensuring efficient and compliant operations across the specialty network.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company for automating dispensing processes including material handling, sorting, picking, and packing utilizing technologies such as robotics, reputed company systems, pill picking, unit of use dispensing, labeling and goods to person systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and logistics to reputed company automation systems with existing dispensing applications and other software platforms
• reputed company the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation equipment, process and software ensuring compliance with BOP and safety regulations and operational requirements
• Continuously monitor reputed company performance post go live, conduct functional time studies (MOST), identify opportunities for optimization, standards and efficiency improvements through data analysis and process optimization
• Support the development training materials, process documentation, KPI metrics and reputed company training to warehouse staff on the operation process reputed company and maintenance of automation systems
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, 5S and safety standards reputed company to automation equipment and processes

Skills

• 5 years of engineering or processing experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience implementing automation solutions or processes in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse operations
• 50% travel required (reputed company including Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
• High School degree required
• Strong technical skills in PLC programming, robotics, control systems, dispensing process design and industrial communication protocols
• Knowledge of CAD software for reputed company design and layout
• Lean Six reputed company Certification
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
