Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day management, configuration, optimization, and support of reputed company’s reputed company applications (ezyVet, SmartFlow, diagnostic integrations, radiology/reputed company, pharmacy, scheduling, and more)
• Establish application governance, lifecycle management, release planning, and change control
• Prioritize enhancement requests, defects, and reputed company based on business reputed company
• Maintain a strategic roadmap for clinical applications reputed company with reputed company goals

• Establish performance goals, reputed company metrics, and a culture of service reputed company

• Understand specialty and emergency clinical workflows and ensure applications are configured to reduce clinician and technician burden

• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of clinical systems, meeting or exceeding defined SLAs

• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams to maintain secure, compliant, and interoperable systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, computer science, information systems, business, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical applications, EMR/PIMS support, or reputed company technology
• 2+ years leadership or team management experience
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EMR/PIMS functionality, and reputed company operations preferred
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering application reputed company
• Technical proficiency with SQL, integrations, data structures, or workflow automation tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with PIMS/EHRs
