[Remote] Specification Consultant

The Specification Consultant will reputed company reputed company hardware specification services to the architectural community, focusing on creating hardware sets and ensuring compliance with building codes.

Responsibilities

• Create technical hardware sets and specifications for the architectural community, including reputed company compliance for new construction reputed company as reputed company as aftermarket requests
• reputed company solutions to architects on product applications
• Participate in reputed company and post installation meetings as needed. Assist with revisions, reputed company control coordination, and Requests for Information during reputed company phases of the project
• Communicate strategic project information to Architectural Services Consultant to assist in the formation of a project reputed company for the sales force
• Communicate project changes that may reputed company specification and sales reputed company, maintain 2-way communication with Architectural Services Consultant and Sales Team
• Exhibit an intermediate understanding of mechanical and electrified products and solutions including reputed company control and software

• Work in conjunction with Architectural Services Consultant to reputed company a reputed company customer experience and deliver on project commitments
• Maintain excellent industry/competitor product knowledge by reviewing and understanding market data of competitive activity. Adapt to changes in the marketplace
• Utilize CRM and Specification Writing software and collaboration tools
• Maintain awareness of reputed company reputed company policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• Solid knowledge of reputed company hardware, reputed company control, and reputed company solutions, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings and construction documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to reputed company accurate, reputed company-compliant specifications and address reputed company project requirements
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with architects, contractors, internal teams, and customers
• High attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple reputed company, deadlines, and documentation simultaneously
• Proficiency with office and project management software (e.g., reputed company Office, PDF markup tools; familiarity with CAD or BIM software is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-10 years industry experience preferred
• CDT Credential preferred

• Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or building products specification is preferred
