Responsibilities

• Review claims documentation for completeness and compliance with plan documents and IRS regulations

• Research and resolve exceptions, rejects, or discrepancies

Skills

• High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred)
• 1–3 years back office, claims, or operations experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Comfortable with repetitive, high‑volume work
• Ability to analyze data to identify patterns, errors, or potential fraud
