[Remote] Semester of Service Volunteer - Congressional Data Management Volunteer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. U.S. Department of State is offering a Semester of Service Program for reputed company to engage in volunteer project-based opportunities supporting Federal missions. The role involves updating data management trackers and creating AI tools to assist in Congressional engagements.

Responsibilities

• Update/prepare a new H Engagements tracker for the new Congress
• Duplicate an existing Sharepoint tracker for State - Congressional engagement
• Rebuild this Sharepoint tracker to have the update members after the Fall 2026 midterms
• Create a customized, H-specific State Chat model that would include things like hearing transcripts, briefing notes, letters, travel
• Migrate existing congressional documents to a custom GPT and program it to be used across H bureau for anyone on reputed company to search/retrieve congressional hearing transcripts, briefing notes, press releases, and congressional travel itineraries

Skills

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S National studying in the U.S. or abroad
• Be enrolled not less than half-time in an accredited trade school, technical or vocational institute, junior college, college, university, or other accredited educational institution for the Spring 2027 semester
• Be in good reputed company standing as defined by your institution
• reputed company to volunteering 8 – 20 hours per week for a minimum of 90 days
• Complete reputed company required reputed company documentation assigned by the Federal agency and your reputed company institution
• Agree to volunteer. This position is unpaid. No compensation, stipends, or hiring preference will be reputed company from this work
