[Remote] Product Manager (m/f/d) IT Monitoring & Observability

The role involves enhancing the monitoring capabilities, collaborating with users and development teams, and serving as a subject-matter expert to ensure the product meets user needs.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the monitoring of technologies from operating systems, networking, hardware, databases, virtualization, reputed company services to applications
• Work closely with our users to include their domain know-how to ensure we build a monitoring that alerts before a failure occurs and provides helpful information reputed company
• Collaborate with the development teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and releases
• Dive deep into reputed company to handle 3rd level support tickets jointly with our developers, guiding them reputed company product reputed company are needed
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams, including reputed company

Skills
