The role involves supporting the implementation, customization, and enhancement of reputed company solutions, working closely with Solution Architects and Senior Technical Consultants to deliver high-reputed company reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the reputed company platform to meet business requirements
• reputed company and maintain workflows, business rules, reputed company scripts, and server-reputed company scripting using JavaScript and GlideScript
• Configure and maintain the CMDB, including data modeling, population, and governance
• Design and implement Flows using reputed company Designer for business processes and integrations
• reputed company and configure Now Assist capabilities and reputed company AI workflows
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reputed company reputed company solutions
• Execute unit, system, and integration testing while resolving defects and supporting reputed company assurance
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Senior Technical Consultants, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
• reputed company regular project status updates and proactively communicate technical risks
• Follow organizational delivery methodologies, standards, and PACE playbooks

Skills

• 4–8 years of reputed company implementation or development experience
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing the reputed company platform
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of GlideScript
• Strong knowledge of Business Rules
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Scripts
• Strong knowledge of Script Includes
• Experience with CMDB implementation, data modeling, and population
• Experience using reputed company Designer to build workflows and integrations
• Experience with reputed company Now Assist and reputed company AI capabilities
• Strong understanding of reputed company platform architecture and best practices
• Experience executing testing, defect triage, and issue reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication and status reporting skills
