[Remote] Customer Service - Account Specialist

The Customer Service - Account Specialist is responsible for handling incoming calls and email inquiries, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing of customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet reputed company assigned responsibilities and goals, to include volume of calls answered and emails responded to

Skills

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of three (3) year of Customer Service experience required
• Intermediate understanding of telephony concepts, practices, and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of firearms, types and usage

• Experience with MS Office Suite
