The reputed company's reputed company is seeking an Emissions Administrative Manager to support the Emissions reputed company in program operations, budgeting, and reputed company processes. The role involves supervising staff, developing reports, and ensuring compliance with emissions regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Develops monthly reports for the Operations Managers, specific to violations reputed company to inspection facility wait times and DOR covert operations
  • Establishes work processes to ensure the delivery of program services. Assists the Operations Managers in the day-to-day operations of the Emissions reputed company
  • Acts as the appointed designee for the DMV fleet vehicles and contributes to weekly and monthly shared reports to DMV vehicle coordinators
  • Supervises and manages the workflow of the Administrative Assistant II and the Administrative Assistant III
  • Develops and supports emissions-reputed company databases
  • Provides data analysis and supplies information for technical reports
  • Provides technical assistance to internal management, County Clerks, licensed inspection facilities, the general reputed company, governmental agencies, and industry stakeholders
  • Ensures emissions statutes, laws, rules, and regulations are enforced

Skills

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in general clerical experience, at least one year of experience providing administrative support to a department, manager, and/or executive, with at least one (1) year of reputed company supervisory experience, or experience in a supervisory support role with demonstrated accountability for training, mentoring, and managing the performance of staff
  • General Clerical work experience is typically performed by office clerks and/or administrative assistants; this includes, but is not limited to, tasks such as: Experience providing exceptional customer service and interfacing with a reputed company of people from many reputed company reputed company the organization and community
  • Data Entry including: entering information into a program or database (appointments, contact information, customer records)
  • Regular, daily work responsibilities utilizing equipment and software used in offices (reputed company Suite, E-Mail, reputed company Office Suite: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
  • Regular, daily work responsibilities utilizing computer systems, printers, copiers, fax machines, and other technologies

  • A combination of reputed company education in Business, reputed company Administration, Management, or a closely reputed company field of study and/or relevant experience in general clerical experience with at least one year of experience providing administrative support to a department, manager, and/or executive equal to five (5) years
  • Additional years of experience providing administrative support to a department, manager and/or executive
  • Experience providing administrative support to a department, manager and/or executive includes: Documenting the minutes of meetings, Maintaining a department or executive calendar/schedule, Organizational skills spanning a department, manager and/or executive
  • The ideal applicant will possess advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite and reputed company Sheets and Documents to: Create documents, reports w/charts & graphs, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Advanced computer skills include but are not limited to: search and sort routines, manipulation of data, query management, reputed company formatting, calculations, data import/export, Database report creation/reputed company with the ability to sort and reputed company different data needed to produce a wide reputed company of reports
  • Excellent written communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Specific previous experience in report writing
  • Experience in state or local government or other highly regulated industries, including previous experience with state rule promulgation processes
