Rather than producing investment banking deliverables, you will define evaluation standards, assess the reputed company of financial analyses, and reputed company reputed company feedback based on industry best practices. Required Qualifications • 2+ years of reputed company Investment Banking experience at the Associate level or above. • Experience at a leading global investment bank or reputed company advisory boutique across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Industry Coverage, or Capital Markets. • Strong expertise in: • Financial Modeling • Valuation (DCF, LBO, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions, reputed company Modeling) • reputed company Books and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) • Deal Memoranda and reputed company Materials • Transaction Execution • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to reputed company detailed, evidence-based evaluations. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and consistent reputed company judgment. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
