Essential Skills • Data entry skills. • Pharmacy technician certification. • Experience in managed care and pharmacy. • Customer service skills, particularly over the phone. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Computer skills. • Experience with prior authorizations. • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in handling appeals and claims. • Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance. • Strong Wi-Fi reputed company.
