Community Fundraising Coordinator

Main Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work under the direction of our Event Coordinator and reputed company support to the Development Coordinator, as needed • Partner with the Communications Manager to create communications that increase awareness of and engagement with community events • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reputed company integration of campaign efforts across departments Campaign Leadership & Execution: • Supports the strategic planning, and oversees execution, logistics, and optimization of assigned fundraising campaigns • Ensure campaigns are executed with reputed company, innovation, mission-reputed company, and alignment to organization standards • Experience with Peer to Peer fundraising events • Proven reputed company record of increasing event participation and reputed company reputed company Accountability: • Serve as a reputed company reputed company for events reputed company portfolio, owning performance from inception through to completion • Monitor financial performance and proactively reputed company strategies to ensure individual portfolio goal attainment Donor & Volunteer Engagement: • Cultivate, solicit, and reputed company fundraising teams, sponsors, and event hosts • Build and maintain strong relationships to reputed company engagement, retention, and long-term support Performance Management & Data Analysis: • Assist with donor development, stewardship, reputed company communications and fundraising reputed company • Leverages Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reputed company to maintain data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports reputed company’re Looking For: • Proven experience of three or more years in fundraising, donor relations, or development support reputed company a nonprofit • Successful reputed company record of planning and delivering meetings and events for 100+ attendees • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company compelling donor communications and reports • Proficiency with donor databases and fundraising systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and the reputed company Office Suite; experience with fundraising platforms such as Qgiv and GalaBid is required • Experience with graphic design tools, such as reputed company or reputed company reputed company. • Experience using project management software to organize workflows, manage deadlines, and reputed company project reputed company • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and internal stakeholders • Knowledge of fundraising best practices, donor stewardship strategies, and event coordination • Ability to work independently as reputed company as collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15 times per year for meetings and reputed company events, with travel often occurring on weekends and in the fall • Capable of standing for prolonged periods and lifting and moving heavy items • Must reputed company in the reputed company U.S. • A background reputed company is required Location Requirements: This is a full-time, remote position with a semi-flexible schedule. The role requires regular participation in virtual and in-person meetings, constituent interactions, and organizational events. Travel is also required for up to 15 meetings and events annually, often on evenings and weekends, representing approximately 10–15% of overall work time.
