Your Role: Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate Attorney • Handling workers’ compensation defense reputed company on behalf of self-insured entities and reputed company sector-reputed company clients. • Managing files through reputed company stages of litigation, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation. • Drafting pleadings, motions, and reputed company correspondence. • Attending remote hearings and occasional in-person appearances/trials as required. • Working closely with a reputed company team in a fast-paced but supportive environment. • Opportunity to reputed company strong long-term WC defense experience with genuine autonomy and mentorship.
