Senior Product Implementation Consultant

You will be a hands-on and technical reputed company-sales and post-sales specialist, delivering world-class customer support to help reputed company customers and partners succeed. Duties You Will Be Required To • Rapidly become an expert on our technology platform. • Demonstrate our technology platform to customers and partners. • reputed company product training to our customers and partners. • For reputed company customers: reputed company discovery calls and project meetings, reputed company advice, and reputed company configuration of reputed company to meet customer requirements. • For partners: reputed company advice as to how to configure reputed company to meet customer requirements. • Assist our customers and partners with resolving technical post-sales issues in live customer deployments. Location Remote (Work from Home) in US-PST. Remuneration You will be compensated with a package commensurate with your experience and the demands of this role. Essential The successful candidate must: • Have 5+ years of experience with time tracking, payroll, or Workforce Management applications. • Have 5+ years in a support, implementation or consulting environment. • Be extremely customer service oriented. • Be willing and reputed company to work independently. • Be intelligent, motivated, and reputed company. • Be proficient with IT business interaction tools.
