Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a software engineering, product development, or role in a relevant field
2 years of experience in leading and managing software engineering teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, or a reputed company field
Knowledge of organizational technology standards, including testing and deployment
Knowledge of software delivery roles and the responsibilities of reputed company, such as software engineers, architects, leadership and product roles
Experience mentoring and developing team members
