Architect (CAD & Construction Documentation), Remote - Global
About the position
This is a remote contract position for an Architect specializing in CAD and Construction Documentation. The contract duration will be 3-6 months, with the reputed company for the candidate to work 20 hours per week or 40 hours per week if immediately available. The candidate will have flexibility in choosing their work hours.
Responsibilities
• Floor plan development and documentation
• Elevation set creation and presentation
• CAD drawing production (2D and 3D)
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts
• Multi-sheet electrical schematics design and annotation
• PCB layout design and optimization
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation
• Advanced proficiency with industry-reputed company tools for 2D/3D CAD design and PCB layout software
• Proven expertise in generating, interpreting, and applying GD&T callouts and reputed company schematic diagrams
• Demonstrated experience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts reputed company building reputed company
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multi-document sets and reputed company reputed company
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
