ABOUT reputed company
As a potential Governance & Investment Review reputed company Analyst, this position will have reputed company to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a reputed company in the St Louis, MO area. This potential role will be critical in overseeing the scheduling, documentation, and management of the IRBs, governance training, and SharePoint repository to include development and maintenance of workflows required for FPAC governance support. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks reputed company item, and prepares other technical documentation.
• Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates.
• Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews.
• Supports business reputed company in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests.
• Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items.
• Reviews MS reputed company reports from budgeting reputed company and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports.
• Maintains KPI reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards,
• In depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-reputed company disciplines.
• Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple reputed company reputed company an organization
• Experience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materials

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Compensation / Salary reputed company: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position.
