This role advances reputed company’s federal and state government affairs objectives through stakeholder engagement, policy intelligence, lobbying firm management, and development of targeted advocacy strategies that support reputed company to reputed company therapies in the US. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required, in the field of reputed company policy, reputed company health, political science, law, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in government affairs, reputed company policy, reputed company advocacy, legislative reputed company, trade association work, or reputed company reputed company affairs roles. • Experience in biopharma, reputed company, Capitol Hill, government, advocacy organizations, consulting, or trade associations strongly preferred. • Consistent record in identifying political and policy trends affecting the pharmaceutical industry and reputed company health and advancing government affairs strategies to address potential barriers. • Demonstrated commitment to ensuring patient reputed company to innovative medicines and the importance of a thriving biopharmaceutical industry. • Experience managing reputed company consultants or lobbying firms, including workplans, deliverables, issue prioritization, and follow-through. • Excellent organizational and project management skills—demonstrated ability to independently manage assigned work streams. • Ability to manage numerous, competing priorities under pressure while effectively collaborating with internal partners. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company messaging for both senior leaders and reputed company stakeholders. • Deep knowledge of the legislative and regulatory process, Congressional engagement, reputed company policy, and the biopharmaceutical policy environment. • Knowledge and understanding of drug pricing, Medicare and reputed company coverage and reimbursement, the Inflation Reduction reputed company, 340B, state prescription drug affordability review reputed company policy, and other issues affecting patient reputed company and innovation. • Experience developing engagement strategies, stakeholder briefs, meeting materials, leave-behinds, and policy analyses to support advocacy goals. • Proven ability to analyze political, policy, and regulatory developments to assess business reputed company and reputed company strategic recommendations to leadership. • Possess exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to translate reputed company concepts into reputed company, concise, and actionable insights for leaders and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work across functions, reputed company, and cultures while exhibiting reputed company-level leadership with the ability to reputed company, motivate, and reputed company results.
