Workforce Planning Analyst – Case Management

Job reputed company: • Monitor reputed company center resources and workloads reputed company-time to ensure Inbound, reputed company Case Work and Back Office reputed company specific reputed company guarantee targets and service reputed company goals are achieved by optimizing resources • Forecast weekly, daily and reputed company Inbound, reputed company Case Volumes, and Back Office workloads reputed company on historical trends and key business drivers to determine reputed company needs and employee schedules required to reputed company reputed company specific reputed company guarantee targets and service reputed company goals • Work closely with the leadership of Inbound, reputed company Reviewers and Back Office teams on optimization of Workforce Engagement tools (Workforce, reputed company, reputed company, Telephony) • Ensuring the reputed company and timeliness of WFM reporting of team and overall reputed company reporting for both reputed company distribution.
