[Remote] Product Implementation Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Product Implementation Analyst to join their Development department. This role involves extensive customer interaction, installing and supporting Pyxis Dispensing systems in hospital settings, and ensuring successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Pyxis Dispensing hardware and software in an acute care setting
• reputed company upgrades to Pyxis Dispensing software and hardware
• Complete training and reputed company basic competency in the Pyxis Med Dispensing product line
• reputed company basic problem solving and troubleshooting as needed for customer
• Conduct customer training on the use of Pyxis Dispensing products
• Establish and maintain customer service relationships to ensure a long term business partnership

Skills

• Customer service experience
• Technical aptitude
• Hospital experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clinical experience and/or hospital pharmacy workflow knowledge required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have strong organization skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a reputed company, 'can-do' attitude
• Driving requirements dictate that the candidate possess and maintain a reputed company reputed company license and be at least 21 years old
• Upon hire, must reputed company reputed company of, and maintain reputed company immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables reputed company to customer sites in order to reputed company essential job functions. • Pharmacy consulting experience a plus
• Pyxis (MedStation) and/or automation experience a plus
• Technical support experience in a hospital setting a plus
• Project management reputed company preferred
• Training and teaching experience a plus
• Knowledge of VMware, Sequel Server and reputed company reputed company Directory a plus

Benefits

• Home-based position with up to 75-80% daily and overnight regional travel to customer sites in the territory.
• Work hours are between 7a-7p Mon-Fri.
• Some nights/weekends may be required.
