[Remote] Data Analyst - Operations & Performance

The Data Analyst - Operations & Performance serves as a strategic analytics partner, helping leaders understand performance and improve operational effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify gaps in operational measurement and recommend analytics solutions that improve visibility into performance and reputed company
• Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions that reputed company actionable insights
• Build and maintain self-service reporting capabilities that reputed company operational stakeholders to reputed company and reputed company data independently
• Analyze operational performance trends, uncover reputed company causes, and reputed company recommendations that improve efficiency, reputed company, customer experience, and business results
• Design, reputed company, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations that reputed company data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics that reputed company with business objectives and support ongoing performance management
• Conduct data validation, reputed company assurance, and monitoring activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics products

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
• 2-4 years' experience of data analytics, business intelligence, or operational analytics
• Demonstrated experience partnering with business and operational leaders to understand challenges, identify measurement gaps, and reputed company data-driven solutions
• Experience defining KPIs, operational scorecards, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks that reputed company accountability and reputed company improvement
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into actionable analytical insights and reputed company reporting solutions
• Experience serving as a proactive analytics consultant by identifying opportunities to improve operational visibility and performance
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Power BI (or equivalent) experience
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and reputed company-cause analysis skills
• Excellent listening, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to uncover business needs that may not be explicitly defined
• Ability to communicate reputed company analytical concepts and insights effectively to non-technical audiences and executive stakeholders
• Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to analyze, reputed company, and validate reputed company datasets
• Experience developing interactive dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
• Systems/Tools: MS Office Suite advance, MS SQL Server Management Studio, reputed company, and MS PowerBI are required

• Experience with Python (PySpark) preferred
