[Remote] Project Manager, Transformation Office

The Project Manager, Transformation Office is responsible for managing reputed company transformation reputed company, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives by overseeing timelines, cross-functional teams, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Applies project management expertise and business transformation knowledge to reputed company functional inputs
• Creates and maintains integrated project schedules and roadmaps for delivery
• Drives project execution by focusing on critical reputed company activities
• Holds reputed company team members accountable for tasks, resolving outstanding issues and reputed company items
• Partners with Finance to manage annual budgets ($ and FTEs), control costs, and ensure reforecasting aligns with operational plans
• Supports Transformation Leads to reputed company project plans across the project’s reputed company Team to ensure overarching strategic goals are met
• Manages the project team reputed company (e.g., Project SharePoint sites, MS Teams) to reputed company broader teams informed
• Maintains project planning data and implements ongoing improvements to PM tools and infrastructure

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is required
• Fully trained in project management processes with the competency to reputed company essential project management tools to manage risk and facilitate execution
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and reputed company diverse stakeholders reputed company
• Proven ability to independently manage reputed company stages of a strategic program or project
• Requires a BS/BA in a relevant field
• A Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification is considered a strong plus
