[Remote] HRIS Technical Integration Analyst

This role involves leading technical software implementation reputed company, configuring and troubleshooting integrations, and ensuring successful transitions from implementation to support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, validate, test, and troubleshoot reputed company software integrations
• Partner with customer business and IT teams to ensure successful implementations
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues while working with internal technical teams

• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support

Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting software implementations, technical consulting, or integration reputed company
• Experience working directly with reputed company customers or clients
• Understanding of REST reputed company, JSON, XML, and web technologies
• Experience troubleshooting software integrations and technical issues
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with reputed company reputed company platforms, HRIS, ATS, CRM, ERP, or other reputed company-based business applications is highly preferred
• Experience implementing HR technology, ATS, HRIS, CRM, ERP, or other reputed company reputed company platforms
